After graduating from UC San Diego, Matt pursued his passion for the visual arts, story telling and advertising. Combine that with a love for creativity and business and FortyOneTwenty was an inevitable next step. Originally from San Jose, CA, he currently resides in San Diego with his wife, Kamian.

Matt Mangham has been working in the fields of design and cinematography since early 2001. Self-taught and creatively driven, Matt has amassed a nationally recognized and award-winning body of work. The Mangham family consists of his wife Jamie, one year old daughter Annabelle and Max, the wiener dog.

Scott Rieckens

Director of Strategy / Aerial Pilot
As Director of Strategy, Scott is responsible for overseeing the thought leadership, insight development, lead generation and strategic planning for FortyOneTwenty. Holding two BA’s in Journalism and Communications from University of Iowa, his passion for brand strategy developed with companies like Anheuser-Busch and the PGA TOUR. When Scott isn’t flying the office hexacopter on set, he is playing golf or hanging with his wife Taylor and pug Betty Jo. The Rieckens clan reside in Coronado, CA.

We’ve all heard the phrase, “fix it in post.” Well Ryan is our guy who fixes it. He’s passionate about all aspects of post production and has a constant thirst to expand his knowledge of the craft. Ryan graduated from SDSU with a bachelor’s degree in Television, Film and New Media and has worked as a freelance editor for years building a resume of employers that include Columbia Pictures, Lifetime TV and and PureVolume.com. Ryan loves spending his days off with his family, friends and fiancé Caitlin.

Sean Horton

Getting his start as a freelance videographer, Sean began his professional career as the Video Production Director at Existence Church. Having grown a heavy appreciation for music at an early age, Sean spends much of his time immersed in San Diego’s local music and art scene, attending events and shows at some of the finer local watering holes.
